Availability. All vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to prior sale. Please call to confirm a vehicle is still available before visiting. Advertised prices are valid until midnight on the date shown.
Pricing and Fees. Advertised prices do not include taxes, government fees, title, licensing, registration, finance charges, emissions testing, insurance, or transport. They also exclude dealer prep and optional add-ons, including the Luxury Package, Ceramic Package, and interior protection. The following dealer fees apply:
- Documentation fee: $377.63
- ERT fee: $35 (Illinois registrations only)
- Out-of-state fee: $680 (out-of-state buyers only)
Financing. All rates and offers are subject to lender approval, which depends on the buyer’s credit and the vehicle.
Vehicle Condition. All vehicles are used. Depending on age and mileage, expect normal wear and tear, which may include minor rock chips, scratches, and wheel scuffs. Listed features are based on the manufacturer’s original specifications and may differ from the actual vehicle. Please review the listing photos to see which items are included, such as owner’s manuals, extra keys, and service records.
Accuracy of Information. We work to keep our listings accurate and current, but errors in pricing, photos, specifications, or equipment may occur. If a price is listed incorrectly, the dealership is only obligated to honor the correct price and will notify you as soon as the error is found. Buyers are responsible for verifying all vehicle details with the dealership, and any questions or discrepancies must be resolved before the sale is completed.
Warranty. A 15-day or 500-mile implied warranty applies as required by Illinois law. Beyond what the law requires, the dealership makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the vehicle’s condition, equipment, ownership, or listing accuracy.
Written Agreements Only. Only terms documented in a signed, written agreement are binding. Verbal statements, emails, and other communications are not commitments or warranties.
Cancellations. Cancelled deals and deposits are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the vehicle’s sale price.
